Payment in full plus tax is required at the time the reservation is made (using a credit card).  If you are not making the payment with a credit card and wish to pay by check, your payment must be received 14 days prior to check-in.   There is a 24 hour grace period for cancellations. After 24 hours, cancellations must be made 14 days prior to arrival for a full refund of the payment. Any refund due to cancellation will be based on our ability to re-rent the reserved cabin (if we receive another reservation for the cabin and date cancelled we will gladly refund the payment). 

We do request that you leave your four legged friends at home or treat them to their own special holiday at Jin's Bed & Biscuit's.  

The cabin is non-smoking and candles are strictly prohibited.
